We are going to renew some domains, over 20. They will each come up for renewal in the next couple of months.

Anyway, I have found and tried go daddy coupons but they are expired. Anybody have a coupon they use that does not expire?

Hi Simon, Manchester is a big city and sites like Pride of Manchester and Manchester Confidential claim substantial levels of traffic. I am aiming for a more modest 10,000 per month which I hope to achieve by December 2009.

So do you have a set traffic target for a city as big as Manchester? Do you know what your rivals get?
I know that on smaller towns maybe 50 a day is enough….

Hi Simon, Yes I’m really enthusiastic about ManchesterWide.com. Its really coming along nicely. I’m not ready to look for private advertising yet as my traffic is less than I’d like. However, the site is relatively new, and the traffic is increasing all the time – so it won’t be long now…….

Nice article Ray – are you still as enthusiastic about ManchesterWide.com? Are you fidning Advertisers approachable in the recession?
A thought – have you considered an RSS feed for your jobs page, could be a way of pulling in visitors.

Welcome to Domaining.org.uk. ManchesterWide.com is not old – it started life in its present form in January 2009. I have written all the articles myself although I am seriously considering outsourcing this side of things to freelancers.

I would be interested to know how manchesterwide.com does. I am looking looking to develop some smaller pure .org .net UK Geos in the near future with wordpress or Joomla. Did you write the articles yourself? How old is the site?

Hi Martin, In the past I have recommended your other site, Community Spark ( http://www.CommunitySpark.com ), on this site, as the best resource for domainers looking to build out forum domains or add forums to their sites. Thats where I found out about Female Forum. I think http://www.FemaleForum.com looks really good – difficult to fault really.
