		<description>I think minisites are tough. Finding or writing unique &quot;evergreen&quot; content isn&#039;t easy. Where I had some success is with geolocalized domains such as citynameinsurance.com. You can get type in traffic from that location and if you have high paying keywords, then it can pay off even with little traffic. It is hard to find such domains though there are still some out there. Interesting experiment. Looking forward to seeing how it goes.</description>
