The latest weekly reported sales on DNJournal.com for the week ending 23rd Sept, ‘07 included a few interesting .co.uk sales.
Stationary.co.uk sold on Sedo.com for £17,000 ($34,230). This was the 5th highest reported sale of the week. (The top sale that week was Puss.com which sold for $71,458, which is in the region of £35,000.)
This was an interesting sale – a little checking revealed that the domain, at the time of writing, points to the website of UK high street retailer Ryman the Stationer.
ProAct.co.uk sold for €1,500 ($2,122) and is currently pointed to the website of Swedish firm Proact. CharteredSurveyor.co.uk sold for a surprisingly low sum in the region of £1,000 ($2,050). This domain currently points to a domain name parking page. Again both of these sales were reported by Sedo.com.
